Construction has begun on Manchester Road from the Wilbeth Road intersection to the Waterloo Road intersection. The entire length of the construction zone is narrowed to one lane in each direction. All traffic is currently traveling on the east side of the street. Access to all businesses will be maintained and signs will be posted to help visitors gain access to the businesses.

This is the first of three major phases of construction on this project. It is anticipated this initial phase of work will continue through late August or early September. The second phase of work will occur on the west side of the street within the same area, while the final phase requires the complete reconstruction of the Manchester Road / Wilbeth Road intersection. We will continue to keep you informed of all construction activity during the course of this project.
