On
Saturday and Sunday, January 17 and 18 from 11am-5pm, the indoor
event showcases nearly two dozen local artists and craftsmen with unique designs to admire
and purchase.
Fine art, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, and textiles will fill the indoor area at Lock
3, and there will be a special area for childrens make-it-and-take-it projects.
Live music will be provided by Derek Adkins and an ice carving demonstration will be
given by local artist Ron White. The festival is open to the public FREE of charge. For

Lock 3 also features Ohios largest, seasonal ice rink, which remains open through
February 1, Thursday Saturday, 11 am 9 pm and Sunday, 11 am 6 pm.
Admission is always free and skate rentals are $2. A $5 pancake breakfast will be served
Sunday, 11am 2pm. The presenting sponsor of Lock 3 winter events is the First Merit
