| Intersection To Get New Signage |
| In light of the recent fatality, and after
reviewing the existing signage in the area along Smith Road hill, eastbound, the City of
Akron Traffic Engineering Bureau will upgrade all existing signage with new, more
reflective signs, will add a "15%" grade wording to the hill sign and add a
"Be Prepared to Stop" sign under the existing Signal Warning Sign. We plan to
have these signs installed by the end of this week or beginning of next week.
