Mayor Don Plusquellic announced today that the City of Akron and the Civil Service Personnel Association (C.S.P.A.) have reached a tentative agreement.

C.S.P.A., Inc. represents approximately 530 clerical, technical and professional workers. Details of the agreement are presently unavailable pending ratification by the C.S.P.A., Inc., membership.

Dale Sroka is president of C.S.P.A., Inc., and headed the negotiations with City of Akron Deputy Mayor for Labor Relations Matt Contessa.

The City is currently in negotiations with AFSCME, Local #1360 and the Akron Nurses Association (ANA).
