  • 200 acre industrial park, developed by the City of Akron. Approximately 52 available and priced at $25,000 per acre.
  • Located on west side of State Road, between Bath Road and Chart Road, accessible via Ascot Parkway.

  • 5-10+ acre sites available, with selected smaller parcels of 2-5 acres.

  • Light industrial development and the creation of manufacturing employment opportunities.
