HOW TO READ YOUR WATER BILL

A. Please use your new account number when making inquiries regarding your account.
B. This area contains the breakdown of charges and consumption on your meter(s). 
C. Message informing you of the percentage of your bill that funds EPA mandated expenditures. This may be followed by another message regarding your account or an announcement of an event in the community.
D. This is the bill stub.  Please return it with your payment.
E. Use these numbers during business hours for billing inquiries.
F. Emergency numbers should be used after business hours for emergency situations only.
G. Use these numbers for questions regarding pick-up and disposal of household items.

Our Night Deposit Box is located on the first floor
of the CitiCenter Building and is accessible
24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.

If your bill shows a water turn-off date, your account is seriously delinquent.
Your water service may be shut off on or after that date unless payment of the prior balance is received
in the Business Office at 146 South High Street Room 211 prior to the Turn-off date.   Please allow five
business days for mail payments to be processed.

Delinquent accounts are subject to charges for notification and/or turning off water service.
Accounts are subject to charges for meters that are lost, stolen, or tampered.

Our service workers do not collect or accept payment or promise of payment at your home or business.
