The Land Acquisition staff is responsible for acquiring real estate for implementation of improvements to neighborhoods in Community Development and Urban Renewal Areas, Street & Highway Reconstruction Projects, Water & Sewer Projects in Joint Economic Development Districts (JEDD), Land Banking Areas for Future Development throughout the City and other municipal projects.
