Mayor Don Plusquellic talks at Mason Community Learning Center about a glowing case study from Ohio State University concerning Akron’s after school learning programs. Created by the Mayor and now nine years old, the program is run by Desiree Bolden (2nd to right of mayor), and is considered a model for other schools and community’s to follow.
