(10/10/07) - The Salvation Army of
Summit County has relied on some of the largest organizations in Summit County to
participate in the Red Kettle Campaign. This year is no different, and we need even more
organizations to participate in the 2007 RED KETTLE CAMPAIGN with Honorary Chair
Mayor Don Plusquellic. There are more than 40 kettle
locations across Summit County. The Salvation Army is looking for organizations to
"Adopt" a site and then staff that site with employees from your organization.
Adopt a site for a day, a week, or for the entire duration
of the campaign. Organizations will receive a letter at the end of the campaign indicating
how much money was brought in and the total number of hours at the kettle site.
Also, the site will be personalized with a sign with your
organizations name. This will let customers know that you are helping The Salvation
Army in Doing the Most Good.
The 2007 Red Kettle Campaign begins Friday, November 9,
2007 and runs through Monday, December 24, 2007.
Please help The Salvation Army to help those in need in our
community.
Call
today and select your location by calling Daryl Mangeri, Kettle Coordinator, at
