Dominique Perben of Chalon-sur-Saone, France. Mayor Perben is also a member of the French
Parliament. His visit was sponsored by NEOTEC, the Northeast Ohio Trade and Economic Consortium, and featured
the signing of a preliminary protocol agreement to encourage economic growth between the
two regions. |
