The Housing Division works to assure decent, safe and sanitary living conditions for residents of the City of Akron through the enforcement of the Environmental Health Housing Code. A copy of the Environmental Health Housing Code can be purchased in our office for $3. This information can also be obtained at the following website: www.ordlink.com/codes/akron (please reference Title 15, Land Usage, then reference Chapter 150).
