The Building Maintenance Division is committed to making our City buildings clean and attractive places to visit and work. We provide general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and custodial services to 16 buildings, including the Municipal Building, CitiCenter Building, Morley Health Center and H.K. Stubbs Justice Center. We also provide property management services for 14 community centers, 4 pools, numerous recreation sites and 7 parking decks.
