The Training section provides a variety of professional
development programs to increase the knowledge, skills and competencies of our employees.
Our training programs are either developed in-house or by a variety of outside entities,
e.g. consultants, manufacturers’ representatives, the local university or technical
school.
The course offerings cover numerous topics such as:
- Computer skills
- Customer service; and
 Safety awareness
We also offer contact hour approved classes that fulfill
the requirements of the Ohio EPA for our certified water and wastewater operators. |
