I need to make a withholding payment.
What can I do if the Internet site is down? |

Withholding payments can still be made by our
phone payment system at (330) 375-2165. Your account number, password and threshold
amounts are the same as when filing over the internet. |

| TECHNICAL CONCERNS |

- The "Runtime Error" message is not a significant
problem. If you should get this message simply click "NO" and continue.
- Should you get an error saying that the program "has
performed an illegal operation", then consider upgrading to the latest version of
your browser. This may solve the problem since all browsers do not operate alike
when they are in an interactive mode.
- If you make a mistake when entering your tax data, and you
discover the error after you "Submit" the form, you should be able to bring back
the entry page by clicking on your browser’s back arrow. Some older browser versions
will not do this and you will simply get back a blank form that will need to be completed
again.
